No Returns Policy

At Pets Over, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction. All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, email us at support@petsover.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item unless specifically requested.


Our Guarantee

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item has a genuine defect or issue within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right with a refund.


Eligibility for Refund (Defective Items Only)

Refunds are approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is defective or incorrect, you will receive a refund, and you may place a new order if needed.


Non-Returnable Items

As returns are not accepted, all items are considered non-returnable, including:

  • Pet toys and accessories

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Sale items and gift cards


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, in line with our store policy, returns are not accepted, and refunds are only provided in cases of defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.


Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
